This Privacy Policy applies to the SkyRemit software (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). The legal ownership and service responsibilities of this Software belong to Skyee Hongkong Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Skyee"). To optimize our service experience, we have entrusted Guangzhou Gaofu Information Technology Co., Ltd. to provide development, maintenance, and operational services for the Software. In this collaborative model, Skyee remains the controller and responsible party for your personal data and ensures that all processing activities comply with the terms of this policy.

Skyee is fully committed to the importance of privacy and the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy, along with our SkyRemit Service User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"), outlines how we collect, process, and use your personal data. "Personal Data" in this Privacy Policy refers to information that can identify you personally, such as your name, address, email, transaction information, and bank details, but does not include anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify a specific individual.

 

本隐私政策以中文版本为准。若为方便参考而提供其他语言译本，如内容不一致，应以中文版本为准。

The Chinese version of this Privacy Policy shall prevail. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and any translated versions, the Chinese version shall govern.

By agreeing to our User Agreement, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and any revisions thereto, and allow us to collect, process, and transfer your data as described in this policy. In case of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail.

In order to provide you with our services in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities, we are required to collect certain information about you, including your identification documents, financial information (e.g., details about your identity and beneficiary account), and any other information or documents that may be required by applicable laws, rules, and guidelines. As a general rule, the information we obtain will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will be used only to the extent necessary for the provision of such services. Unless we have a legal obligation or a court order from a competent authority, or unless we must do so in order to provide our services (e.g., sharing your personal data with our partners worldwide for data verification and investigation, or providing it to banks to process payments), we will not allow third parties access to your information. This data is mainly collected automatically, such as: application performance data (e.g., crash reports, loading times), aggregate usage statistics (e.g., feature click rates, user regional distribution), etc. This data is used to analyze and improve the product's performance and ensure system stability.

• (3) 维护合法权益：为保障服务安全、防止欺诈与滥用（如识别异常交易模式、进行风险评估和建模）、维护系统安全、行使或抗辩法律权利；

• (1) Providing Services: This includes but is not limited to processing remittance transactions, verifying your identity and bank account, executing your payment instructions, cooperating with financial institutions for settlement, managing competitions or surveys, and communicating with you about service-related matters (e.g., sending transaction notifications, updates, and security alerts).
• (2) Legal Obligations: To comply with anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism financing, and customer due diligence (CDD) laws (including the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) Ordinance (Chapter 615 of the Laws of Hong Kong)), perform necessary controls, checks, record-keeping, and reporting.
• (3) Maintaining Legal Interests: To safeguard service security, prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., identifying abnormal transaction patterns, performing risk assessments), maintain system security, and exercise or defend legal rights.
• (4) Marketing Based on Consent: With your explicit consent, to send you company news, product updates, or marketing information.

当处理目的不再需要时，我们将依法删除或匿名化您的个人数据。

When the purposes for processing your data are no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize your data as required by law.

Our operating entity is located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People's Republic of China. To provide cross-border remittance services and fulfill legal obligations, your personal data provided during registration, transactions, and other processes will be transferred to and stored and processed in Hong Kong.

We have implemented measures in compliance with applicable legal requirements to ensure the security of cross-border data transfers, such as signing standard contractual clauses with domestic agents (Guangzhou Gaofu Information Technology Co., Ltd.) to ensure your personal data is protected to the same standard as outlined in this policy. By registering, logging in, or using our services, you consent to such cross-border data transfers.

We retain your personal data only for the necessary period to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. For example, to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations, your identity information and transaction records will be kept for at least 5 years after the business relationship ends. Our services are primarily intended for users who are fully capable of conducting civil actions. If we discover that we have collected personal information of a minor without obtaining consent from their legal guardian, we will promptly delete the relevant data.

 

Skyee有权随时更新本隐私政策。更新后，我们将在本软件内发布修订后的版本并更新生效日期。对于重大变更，我们将通过显著途径（如应用内弹窗、推送通知或向您账户绑定的邮箱发送电子邮件）另行告知。如您在修订生效后继续使用本软件，即表示同意受新修订政策的约束。

Skyee reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published within the Software with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you via prominent means (such as an in-app pop-up, push notification, or email to the address associated with your account). By continuing to use the Software after the updates take effect, you consent to the revised policy.

 

我们承诺采取行业通用合理措施保护您的数据安全。但对于因超出我们合理控制范围的因素（如不可抗力、网络攻击、您自身保管账户信息不当）导致的数据泄露或损失，我们在法律允许的最大范围内免除责任。对于因我们违反本政策项下的数据保护义务而直接给您造成的财产损失，我们将依法承担相应的赔偿责任。

We are committed to taking reasonable industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, we are not responsible for data leaks or losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control (such as force majeure, cyberattacks, or improper handling of account information by you). We will be liable for direct financial losses resulting from our violation of data protection obligations under this policy.
