There are two ways to get it:

If you don't have time to go to the tax bureau, you can ask your friend or other agency to do it.

Tax record sample
Tax records can generate transfer limits based on your annual income.
税务记录可以产生基于您年收入的转账额度。
Step 1: Click 纳税记录开具 (Certificate Issuance-Tax Record Issuance). on the main page.
第一步：在主页点击纳税记录开具。
Step 2: Select the period for which you would like to obtain a tax record. You can choose the longest period possible. Then click on 生成纳税记录 (Generate Tax Record).
第二步：选择您想获取纳税记录的时间范围。您可以选择最长的时间段。然后点击“生成纳税记录”。
Step 3: Click 保存 (Save) and your tax records will be saved as an image to your photo album, upload the right one to SkyRemit.
第四步：点击保存，你的纳税记录将以图片形式保存在相册中，并选择下方右侧样式的税单上传至SkyRemit。

As tax records may not accurately reflect your actual income, we kindly request that you provide screenshots of your tax details as proof of income.
由于税务记录可能无法准确反映您的实际收入，因此我们还需要您提供纳税明细截图作为收入证明。
Step 1: Click 收入纳税明细查询 (Income Tax Details Inquiry);
第一步：点击收入纳税明细查询；
Step 2: Select the year and click 查询 (Inquiry).
第二步：选择记录年度，点击查询。
Step 3: Capture a screenshot of the left below page (收入纳税明细), and ensure that the date period matches the tax records you have downloaded.
请截取下方左侧页面的屏幕截图，确保日期范围与您已下载的税务记录相匹配。
If you cannot get the tax documents via the IIT app, you can also get them from your HR.
